History
It’s been over 40 years since VANLI first opened its doors on 23rd June 1978. First, as a small auto spare parts retailer. Next, as a leading genuine parts distributor. From minibus vehicles to commercial car segments, VANLI is constantly expanding its product offerings to suit the needs of the ever-evolving market and more importantly, our customers — a vision set in stone by our late founder, Mr. Lim Kim Ting.
Known for his magnetic personality, Mr. Lim sought to grow the business according to three basic yet core principles:
His legacy lives on even until today, thanks to none other than his two children, Mr. Lim Choong Keat (current Managing Director of VANLI Group) and Ms. Lim Hwee Peng (current Finance Director). Having started their careers from the ground up, they made their names within the company, as well as the industry and brought encouraging success to the VANLI name.
