Simply look for the “Account” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Register”.

If I forget my password, what should I do?

You may go to "Account" and click "Forgot Your Password" https://www.shop.vanli.com.my. After that, enter your "Email Address" and click "Reset My Password". Then you will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset password.

How do I change my information in my account?

First, you may go to "Account", enter your email address and password https://www.shop.vanli.com.my. Then go to "Account Information" and you may change your details by selecting "Change Email" or "Change Password"

How do I search for a product on VANLI?
  1. Shop By Vehicle

    Select the search bar on the homepage > enter the car Brand > Year Make > Car Model Sort the results for viewing based on Relevance, Latest, Top Sales, Price, or Filter for more specific products.

  2. Search by Part

    Select the search bar on the homepage > search on the category

  3. Check with our customer service

    On the website, select Chat Now > Provide your chassis number to our customer service and the part you looking for

How do I buy a product on VANLI?
  • You can buy a product easily via Shopee’s website OR walk in thru offline
  • Before you do so, ensure you have signed up for a VANLI account and added a local delivery address.
  • After searching for a product and deciding on what to buy, you can proceed to purchase in the following 3 ways:
    1. Buy and checkout immediately

      On the product page, select Buy Now > Select preferred variation option (if applicable) > select Buy Now > Select preferred Shipping Option (if necessary) > Use Voucher > Select preferred Payment Option > Place Order.

    2. Add to cart and checkout with other items

      On the product page, select Add to Cart > Select preferred variation option (if applicable) > select Add to Cart > Select products to purchase > Use Shopee Voucher and Shopee Coins > Select Check Out > Place Order.
