Shipping Policy

We deliver anywhere in Malaysia with DHL. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days, and you get a tracking number once your order ships.

The shipping fee depends on the total weight of your order and where it's going.

Working days don't include weekends or public holidays. Deliveries can take longer during sales.

Return Policy

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. We don't do exchanges. If you need something different, send the original back for a refund and place a new order.

What you can return

• The wrong item: not what you ordered, a different model from your order summary, or parts missing from the box.
• An item that arrived damaged.
• A defective item that doesn't work the way the manufacturer describes.
• Unused items in their original, unopened packaging.

What you can't return

Electrical and electronic parts, anything that has been installed, fitted or used, special orders, and clearance items.

How to return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number. If the item is damaged or defective, send photos too.
2. Post the item back to us.
3. We check it when it arrives and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Who pays return postage

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we pay. For any other return, you pay the postage.
