Vanli Store ships across Peninsular (West) Malaysia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2-5 working days by courier. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Items eligible for return:
Not eligible for return: electrical and electronic parts, items that have been installed, fitted or used, special-order items, and clearance items.
How to return: returns are made by mail. Contact our customer service team with your order number, and for damaged or defective items please include photos, to start a return.
Return shipping cost: if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective, Vanli covers the return postage. For all other eligible returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
