Shipping Policy

Vanli Store ships across Peninsular (West) Malaysia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2-5 working days by courier. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

• Shipping is free for all orders within Peninsular Malaysia.
• We do not currently ship to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Please contact us for special arrangements.

Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Items eligible for return:

• Incorrect: the item is not what you ordered, the model differs from the order summary, or parts are missing from the packaging.
• Damaged: the item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
• Defective: the product does not function as described by the manufacturer.
• Unused items in their original, unopened packaging.

Not eligible for return: electrical and electronic parts, items that have been installed, fitted or used, special-order items, and clearance items.

How to return: returns are made by mail. Contact our customer service team with your order number, and for damaged or defective items please include photos, to start a return.

Return shipping cost: if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective, Vanli covers the return postage. For all other eligible returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
